Cat Bed

I wonder how other people choose accessories for their pets, Minna likes to sleep on the $1.50 travel ironing pad rather than the $15 cat bed.

Minna and I watched Japanese TV show PochiTama last May and wrote about the Japanese cat house, it is called neko chigura and Modern Cat had a post about it several weeks ago (Neko Chigura: Traditional Japanese Cat Bed). According to Modern Cat, a similar pet basket is available from Design Within Reach (Woven Pet Basket Available in the US).

PochiTama

Minna and I were watching PochiTama (http://www.tv-tokyo.co.jp/pochitama/) today, a Japanese TV show about pets. We love the cat house made from straws featured in the show, but there is a two-year waiting list since it's all handmade.
